Bio

James trained for three years at GSA Conservatoire. He graduated in July 2005 with First Class Honours and has since worked extensively as an actor with credits ranging from television to West End theatre.

Prior to GSA, James trained with the National Youth Music Theatre playing principal roles in the company's productions on both national and international tours.

Theatre credits include the West End production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as understudy to Lee Mead in the title role; UK No 1 Tours of Disney's Beauty and the Beast and Scrooge; Stiles and Drewe's Peter Pan - A Musical Adventure and The Wizard of Oz  (West Yorkshire Playhouse); Merrily We Roll Along (Derby Playhouse); The Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park 2006 Season performing in The Boy Friend, A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Taming of the Shrew; Into Thin Air! (New Players Theatre, London); Pasek and Paul's Edges - A New Song Cycle (Union Theatre, London); The UK Premiere production of Bill Russel's Side Show and Aladdin (Yvonne Arnaud, Guildford).

In television and film James can been seen in Waking the Dead - Series 5 (BBC Television) and the forthcoming feature film Higher Education (Bowler Hat Productions).
